Unveiling the East Acton Village Sign, on Wednesday 19th July at 1 pm at East Acton Village Green (between East Acton Primary School & the Goldsmiths Arms). Part of ARTification’s ‘East Acton: old town, new town’ Heritage Lottery project and inspired by the unique history of the area. Acton Sculptor Tim Norris' finished design (detail of work in progress pictured) was informed by the local community, residents associations, Acton History Group, Ealing History Centre, local historians and East Acton Primary school.
