The Challenge We Face

This year, we’re facing a significant funding shortfall that threatens the future of Acton Carnival. While we’ve worked hard to streamline costs, essential expenses remain. Without your support, we may not be able to deliver the full experience that so many in our community cherish.

Where Your Donations Go

To keep Acton Carnival alive in 2025, we need to raise £15,000 towards our total project cost of £50,000. Here’s how the funds will be used:

Infrastructure & Logistics: £20,000 (staging, fencing, toilets, first aid, and other essentials)

Security & Safety: £10,000 (ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all)

Staff & Event Management: £10,000 (covering key roles to organize and deliver the festival)

Staging & Music: £5,000 (ensuring high-quality performances and a great atmosphere)

Other Costs: £5,000 (licenses, insurance, and additional festival needs)
